Patrick Conlin is a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) advisor specializing in working with private companies and private equity firms. With an extensive background in finance and a deep understanding of the M&A landscape, Patrick has successfully guided many clients through complex transactions, maximizing their value and achieving their strategic objectives. Known for developing strong relationships with business owners and navigating the unique challenges of each deal, Patrick is a trusted partner.
Born and raised in Lancaster, PA, Patrick developed a passion for business working with family from an early age. The combination of a hardy Lancaster County mindset and watching his Uncles navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship taught him that every obstacle has a solution.

Patrick pursued a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in Finance, from James Madison University and graduated in 2002. After graduating, Patrick embarked on a career in investment banking, where he gained invaluable experience working on debt, equity, and M&A transactions.

Patrick formed Conlin & Co. in 2014 after spending 10 years in investment banking. His investment banking experience included large corporate and investment banks as well as boutique firms that focused on emerging growth companies. Conlin & Co.’s focus is advisory services to owners of businesses in the lower middle market and the typical transaction size is $25M - $250M.

Patrick currently resides in Devon, PA with his wife Jillian and three daughters Cassidy, Lyla and Reese. In his free time, he can be found on the beach in Avalon, NJ or on the golf course with friends.
